If you want to add otto-js code to an additional company site, here's how:
1. Log into your company's ottoBox account.
2. Click on the Settings icon.
3. Click into Site Settings.
4. Click the "Add a new site" button.
5. Open the site you want to add in a browser window. Once the site loads, copy and paste the url into the "Add a new site" field. Note: It's important to add the final url that loads for a website in the url bar.
6. Click the "Add Site" button.
7. To get your new sites' otto-js code, click the Installation down arrow.
8. Copy and paste the otto script into the head of your website. You will also receive an email with the installation code in case you need to forward to your development team or a third-party to implement.
9. Once code has been added, refresh your website page. Inside ottoBox you should start seeing new events in the Incident Dashboard as soon as code has been added. Note: You will need to have at least one site impression to confirm setup. If you do not see new events, check to make sure code has been installed correctly.
You will also receive and email with the installation code needed in case you need to forward this information to your development team or a third-party to implement.
